Your money is held safely by Jarabay when you pay for an order. The seller only gets paid after you confirm you have received your goods, so you are never left empty-handed.
If something is wrong — the order did not arrive, it is damaged, or it is not what you ordered — open the order and report the problem before you confirm it. Jarabay will step in and, where it is right, refund you.
Sellers are protected too: once a buyer confirms an order, or does not report a problem within the agreed time, the money is released and cannot be reversed unfairly. Each seller can also set their own returns and refund rules, shown on their store.
